About the Role

Our client, a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Norwich, Norfolk , is seeking an organised and diligent Recruitment Resourcer to support their expanding team. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging with potential candidates, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process. You will work closely with experienced consultants to understand candidate requirements and proactively source individuals with the right skills and experience for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and telephone interviews to assess suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool of qualified candidates for key sectors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist consultants with candidate management, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.
• Research market trends and identify potential candidate sources.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing, administration, or customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using online search tools and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn the recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with the Norwich or broader Norfolk employment market is a plus.
