Recruitment Resourcer – US Engineering

Ingenivm Group is a growing specialist recruitment business focused on the US engineering market, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with the right attitude, energy and ambition to join our team.

This isn’t simply a resourcer role.

You’ll have the rare opportunity to work closely with a founder who genuinely cares about developing people and has a proven history of creating high-performing recruitment consultants.

You’ll learn directly from experienced recruitment professionals, develop your skills and have a clear opportunity to progress as you demonstrate your ability.

The Role

You’ll support the recruitment team across:

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting

• Shortlisting candidates against live vacancies

• Candidate qualification and telephone screening

• Conducting Teams interviews

• Building candidate pipelines

• Job advertising

• Lead generation

• Supporting consultants with live recruitment campaigns

• Maintaining accurate candidate information on our CRM database.

Person specification

Previous recruitment experience is not essential, but the right person with the right attitude can be trained.
