Recycling & Waste Reduction Field Officer

The role will focus on supporting the implementation of Simpler Recycling and includes:

• Monitoring waste and recycling contractor performance.
• Promoting recycling and waste reduction through public engagement.
• Supporting contractor meetings and compliance activities.
• Auditing communal bin stores and introducing additional recycling facilities.
• Promoting food waste collections across communal properties.
• Handling resident enquiries and providing recycling guidance.

Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle , as the role requires travel across the district five days per week.
