Job Overview
Refrigeration Engineer required along the M1 Corridor (Ideally Bedfordshire or The Midlands region). Our client is a well‑established refrigeration and process engineering company with a reputation built on technical excellence and quality of delivery. They specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of all types of heavy commercial & light industrial refrigeration systems, specialising in the food production, bakery & brewery sectors.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £48,000 Basic Salary DOE
- Door to Door travel paid
- 40 Hour working week
- Plenty of overtime available paid at 1.5x & 2x
- 1 in 6 on call rota - £200 retainer paid + overtime rates for call out
- OTE £60,000+

Position Overview
Planned and reactive maintenance, service, fault finding and repairs on Cold Rooms, Freezer Rooms, Air‑Cooled & Water‑Cooled Chillers. Visiting sites across food production, bakery & brewery sectors. Happy with travel to various sites across the UK.

- Fgas Cat 1
- Full UK Driving Licence
