Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE + Overtime

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Field Service Engineer to join our team, working on specialist temperature-controlled equipment across pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory environments.
The role will involve servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, calibrating and validating stability chambers, environmental rooms and ultra-low temperature freezers.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and temperature-controlled equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and humidity faults
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, calibration and validation
- Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers
- Manage van stock and respond to breakdowns
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
- Travel throughout the UK, with occasional travel to Ireland
Requirements
- Previous field service engineering experience
- Refrigeration and/or laboratory equipment experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- F-Gas Category 1 desirable
- Calibration and validation experience desirable
- GMP experience desirable
