Refuse Loader Dunstable and Bedford £12.71 per hour Monday – Friday | 07:00 – 15:30 ⏰ Overtime Available

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for a large waste management company based in Bedfordshire. You will work as part of a 3-person team, assisting with the collection of commercial and household waste from local homes and businesses.

This is a physically active outdoor role offering full training, PPE, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful qualifying period.

Duties Include:

Collecting wheelie bins from residential and commercial properties Assisting the driver with daily waste collection routes Loading waste safely onto collection vehicles Working efficiently as part of a team Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

Must be over 18 years old Good communication skills Ability to work well within a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
