Regional Coach: Lead 3-4 Area Coaches Across 25 Restaurants

Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd, a KFC franchise partner, is seeking a Regional Coach to lead 3 to 4 Area Coaches across about 25 restaurants in the Midlands, North West and North Wales. The role is field-based with regular travel and strategic responsibility for People, Guest, Sales and Profit performance.

You will develop Area Coaches, translate business strategy into regional plans, manage a regional P&L, and ensure execution of standard processes across the patch.
