Regional Construction Team Leader / Lead Installer

Location : Covering the Bedford, Northampton and Cambridge Region
Salary: £18 per hour + Company Van + Paid Travel + Overnight Allowance
Contract: Full time, Permanent

We are seeking a Regional Team Leader / Lead Installer to join our growing team and support projects across Bedford, Northampton, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, London and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who enjoys practical, hands-on site work and wants to develop specialist skills within the growing field of building airtightness and performance.

About the Regional Construction Team Leader Role

This is a site-based position where you'll take responsibility for delivering specialist airtightness installations across a variety of construction projects.

You'll lead projects from arrival on site through to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. While most projects are based within the region, you must be willing to stay away when required, typically up to three nights per week. xwwtmva

This role would particularly suit someone with strong construction experience, especially an air tester looking to move into a more practical and hands-on building performance role.

• Lead and deliver AeroBarrier installations on allocated projects
• Take ownership of projects from setup through to completion
• Manage site workflow, productivity, safety and quality standards
