Regional Contracts Manager - Civil Groundworks

Linsco is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential groundworks across the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke-on-Trent and Blackpool. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, labour, plant and materials to deliver projects safely, on time and to required quality standards.

You will work closely with commercial and senior management to develop opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and drive growth across multiple live sites
