Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of delivery drivers and dispatch personnel to achieve operational targets.
• Develop and implement efficient delivery schedules and routing strategies for the Reading area.
• Monitor fleet performance, ensuring vehicles are maintained and operated safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs related to transportation and delivery services.
