Regional Driver Trainer & Onboarding Coach

Sysco Ireland is recruiting a Regional Driver Trainer to support the Belfast facility and regional centres in the Northern Region. The role reports to the Transport Training Manager and focuses on training, observations, assessments, driving lessons, and supporting internal programmes.

The position aims to attract and retain drivers, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, ongoing training, and safety compliance across multiple sites in the region.
