Urgo Group is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead direct and indirect reports, drive regional sales, and achieve market access targets. The role focuses on coaching and developing a high-performance team to deliver the company strategy at a local level.

Field-based across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Peterborough & Cambridge, Doncaster, York, Scarborough, Humber and Northern Ireland, requiring extensive travel and strong collaboration with clinical support functions.
