Regional FM Contracts Manager | Operations & Delivery

Vertu FM is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of maintenance and variable works across the South region, including South Wales, the South of England, Birmingham and Stoke. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £45,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance.

The portfolio is around £1 million and covers retail, commercial, public sector and insurance-related works. You will lead about 16 operatives and three Team Leaders, plan workloads, monitor costs and drive safe, on-time
