Regional Head of Inflight Operations & People Leadership

Ryanair Group Holdings is seeking a Regional Head of Inflight to lead the European inflight operations team, reporting to the Deputy Director of Inflight. You will drive staffing, training, and performance across multiple bases while ensuring adherence to company policies and high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organisation, and a proactive mindset, with extensive travel across our network and the ability to operate in a fast-paced multinational environment.
