Regional Health & Safety Leader - Attractions

Merlin is seeking an experienced Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead the safety agenda across our Rest of UK Gateway attractions. Reporting to the UK Health and Safety Director, you will protect guests, employees and contractors while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will work with attraction leaders to implement policies, standards and continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk, and drive practical solutions that elevate safety culture across the region.
