Regional HR Advisor (ER) – Hybrid with Travel

Calor Gas Ltd. is seeking a proactive Regional HR Advisor (ER Advisor) for a 6-month fixed-term contract covering the South East region.

The role combines site visits (two to three days per week) with remote work and includes a company vehicle for inter-site travel. You will provide professional HR advice, coach managers, and partner with leaders to deliver practical, people-driven solutions across multiple sites in the South East.
