We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager to drive growth, strengthen strategic partnerships and lead client engagement across the South West region.
This is a highly visible role whereyou'llact as a trusted adviser to public sector clients, develop strong relationships across the housing and construction sectors and play a key role in delivering SWPA's regional growth ambitions.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, housing associations, public sector organisations and appointed companies across the South West
- Developing and delivering regional business development plans to increase framework usage, turnover and income
- Identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable growth across the region
- Leading and supporting the Client Support Team to deliver exceptional client service
- Representing SWPA at industry events, networking forums and client meetings
- Collaborating with colleagues across LHC Procurement Group to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding client outcomes
About you
You will be a natural relationship-builder with the commercial acumen, leadership skills and strategic mindset to grow our regional presence and strengthen our partnerships across the South West.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience of delivering commercial or business development targets in public sector organisations, local authorities, housing providers or construction-related businesses
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience developing strategic partnerships andidentifyingnew business opportunities
- Experience managing, coaching or leading teams
- Excellent planning, analytical and commercial skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently across a regional territory
