About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in and around Cardiff . This senior role demands a leader capable of driving consistent performance, implementing best practices, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across a designated region. You will work closely with individual site managers to achieve business objectives, foster a cohesive team culture, and contribute to the overall success of the company's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and operations of multiple branches/sites within the designated region.
• Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all site managers and their teams.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and budget adherence across the region.
• Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, and talent development within the region.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a multi-site management or regional management role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring managers.
• Excellent financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
