Regional Operational Trainer – Health & Social Care Induction

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across Banbury, Tewkesbury, Malvern and Oxford regions. The role is home-based with regional travel, supporting staff to become confident and competent in person-centred, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate will have C&G 7300 or equivalent, a Diploma in Health & Social Care (or related experience), knowledge of care legislation, two years of training experience, and a full UK driving licence.
