Regional Operations Chef – Kitchen Peak Leader

The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Operations Chef to support our inns across the North East, North Yorkshire and The Lake District. You’ll work closely with Head Chefs to drive standards, improve kitchen performance and coach teams during peak trading periods.

You will help build capability, uphold hospitality values and deliver practical, commercially focused support to ensure a successful summer season for multiple sites.
