About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Operations Director to lead their operations across the West Midlands, based in Birmingham . This pivotal role involves setting the operational vision, driving performance, and ensuring excellence across multiple sites within the region. You will be responsible for managing key stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation, and championing innovation to achieve business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of regional operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals.
• Develop and execute operational plans that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operational managers and staff across the region.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance for the region, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior operations management or director-level role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
