About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Regional Operations Director to lead and manage all operational activities across multiple sites in the Birmingham area and surrounding regions. This senior leadership position requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive growth and profitability. You will be responsible for setting operational standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives across your designated region. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader adept at managing complex operations and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision.
• Oversee the performance of all regional operations, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional management teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior Operations Management role, preferably with multi-site responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational execution, and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of operational best practices and performance metrics.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
