About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across their designated region, based in Norwich . This role requires a leader who can manage multiple sites or functions, ensuring consistent operational standards, efficiency, and profitability. You will be responsible for leading teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving performance improvements across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct operations across multiple sites or departments within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement regional operational strategies to meet business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Monitor regional performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices across all regional locations.
• Manage regional operational budgets and P&L, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar regional leadership role.
• Strong understanding of multi-site or multi-functional operations management .
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in operational planning and performance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
