About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic Regional Operations Manager to lead and enhance operations across multiple sites within the Coventry region. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless coordination between different locations, and achieving strategic business objectives. You will work closely with site managers to implement best practices, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Develop and execute operational plans to meet regional targets and company objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to site managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement and refine operational processes and procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews and site visits to ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements

Extensive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of managing multiple sites.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and logistics.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Experience in the Coventry area or surrounding regions is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
