About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across their territory, based in or near Leeds . This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, driving best practices, and achieving business objectives within the designated region. You will manage a portfolio of sites or business units, working closely with local teams to implement strategic initiatives and maintain high standards of performance. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites or business units within the Leeds region.
• Develop and execute regional operational plans to meet or exceed performance targets.

Requirements
