About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across various sites, based out of Edinburgh, Scotland . This role is key to ensuring consistent operational standards, driving efficiency, and supporting business growth within the region. You will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of operational management, and the ability to foster a productive and cohesive work environment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate operational activities across multiple company locations within the region.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and quality standards across all sites.
- Develop and implement regional operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate regional teams to foster a culture of performance and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance of regional operations, managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with central management and site-specific teams to address challenges and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Operations Management role, preferably with multi-site or regional responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage diverse groups.
- Excellent understanding of operational processes and efficiency improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget control.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
