The Opportunity

We’re looking for another Regional Operations Manager t o join us here at Global Commissioning. You will be leading commissioning and technical operations across multiple data centre projects in Europe.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of delivery, performance, and technical excellence across your region — acting as the link between site teams and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the senior technical authority on complex projects
• Drive consistency, quality, and safety across all operations
• Manage regional planning, resources, and project performance
• Support teams in resolving technical and integration challenges
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in data centre commissioning
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical & integrated systems
• Experience leading multi-site, mission-critical projects
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
