Regional Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client seeks a results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Manchester area. This role requires a dedicated leader who can ensure consistency in service delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to company standards across geographically dispersed teams. You will be responsible for driving performance, managing local leadership teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. This is an on-site role demanding strong presence and engagement with teams at various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned regional locations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational standards across all sites.
• Lead and motivate regional management teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities within the region.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements at each operational site.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a management role with responsibility for multiple operational sites or a large region.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving performance and accountability.
• Strong understanding of operational management, quality control, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing P&L and budgets for a region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
