Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct operational activities across designated regions to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all managed sites in Sunderland .
- Lead, coach, and develop regional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor operational performance through data analysis, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior Operations Management role, ideally with multi-site responsibility.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and logistics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region is essential.
