Key Responsibilities

Manage and direct operational activities across designated regions to meet or exceed performance targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all managed sites in Sunderland .
Lead, coach, and develop regional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor operational performance through data analysis, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with broader business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior Operations Management role, ideally with multi-site responsibility.
Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and logistics.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region is essential.
