About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional operational strategies aligned with company-wide objectives.
• Oversee the performance of operations at multiple sites, ensuring consistency and high standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site-level operations managers and their teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators across the region, identifying trends and implementing improvement plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Operations Manager or in a multi-site operational leadership role.
