Our client is seeking a strategic and adaptable Regional Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate operations across multiple sites in the Plymouth, Devon, UK region. You will work closely with site managers to achieve regional targets, foster a cohesive operational strategy, and ensure excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional operational strategies aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Oversee the performance of operations at multiple sites, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site-level operations managers and their teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators across the region, identifying trends and implementing improvement plans.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and budget management for all regional operations.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction throughout the region.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional Operations Manager or in a multi-site operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices across diverse locations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic operational changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
