Regional Ortho Sales Leader – Growth & Coaching

Straumann Group in the UK is seeking a strategic regional leader to drive orthodental sales across a defined territory. You will report to the Head of Ortho UK, provide direction to Territory Managers, clinical advisors and customer success managers, and align with global strategy to achieve sales goals.

You will lead on forecasts, develop key customer relationships, review Salesforce data, and ensure compliant, data-driven execution of sales plans while coaching your team to exceed targets.
