Regional People Partner, EMEA & APAC (Hybrid London)

Optro is seeking a People Business Partner (EMEA & APAC) to lead regional people strategy and shape the employee experience across these locations. The role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful professional who will support the company’s global expansion by building new processes from the ground up and acting as a trusted coach to leaders and teams across departments.

Based in London in a hybrid role, you will travel to the office twice weekly and occasionally for meetings.
