Regional PFI Facilities Director

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple PFI contracts across a designated UK region. You will drive operational excellence, ensure contract compliance, manage regional P&L, and maintain client satisfaction across all facilities within the PFI portfolio.

You will lead site-based facilities managers, monitor performance against KPIs, and coordinate with public sector authorities, SPV boards, and funders.
