HEINEKEN UK, through Star Pubs, is seeking a Business Development Manager in the South West London region. You will manage approximately 33 pubs, owning the P&L and delivering strong financial results while collaborating with a cross-functional team to plan and execute tailored business strategies.

You will recruit lessees, drive letting activity, and implement retail initiatives to enhance the customer journey and profitability.
