Key responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in visual merchandising, stock management
- Implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and company policies at the store level
- Recruit, mentor, and manage people processes
- Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs
Key Skills Needed
- Management experience (marketing sector preferrable)
- Strong commercial and data analysis abilities
- Clear communication and leadership skills
- High adaptability and willingness to travel between stores
- Confident with IT systems
