Regional Sales Director | Lead 100+ Team in North Central

Brakes is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the Independent Local markets across the North Central region. This field-based/home-based role covers all of North & Central England and reports to the Independent Director, guiding a team of 13 RSMs and ~100 staff to drive growth.

You will implement the strategic growth plan, develop leadership, and collaborate with other regional heads to modernise and maximise revenue, margin, and client retention in the foodservice sector.
