About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Cambridge area. This critical role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of regional revenue targets. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, identifying market opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships within the region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of sales methodologies, and a proven ability to drive performance in a competitive market, working from a designated office in Cambridge .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting for the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Cambridge area.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Reside within commuting distance of Cambridge .
