Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader looking for your next challenge in healthcare catering?

We're seeking a proactive and people-focused Regional Support Manager to support and inspire teams across a diverse portfolio of healthcare sites. This is a field-based role covering locations across Lancaster, Yorkshire, Darlington, Nottingham and surrounding areas , with occasional travel further afield. Candidates will ideally be based along the M62 corridor , enabling efficient travel across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and developing teams across multiple healthcare catering sites.
• Driving operational excellence, service quality, and compliance.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Coaching and developing managers to maximise team engagement and performance.
• Supporting financial performance, cost control, and business planning.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and exceptional customer service.
• Deputising for the Regional Manager when required.

About You

• 2+ years' experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Support Manager, or similar role within catering, hospitality, or food services.
• Proven experience supporting multiple sites across a geographical region.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and sound financial acumen.
• A track record of delivering high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
