Regional Trainer: Induction, Compliance & Development

Trinity Homecare is seeking an experienced Regional Trainer to support the development of our care teams. You will deliver induction, mandatory and ongoing training, ensuring care workers have the skills for safe, compassionate care.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will work with operations and recruitment to identify learning needs, maintain regulatory compliance and create engaging training materials for a regional delivery model.
