Regional Zone Growth Leader & Sales Coach

Avon is seeking a Zone Manager to empower Representatives and Sales Leaders, driving sales growth and local engagement. You will coach, develop talent, and execute Avon’s sales strategy across multiple territories in a fast-paced field role.

You’ll recruit, train, and support a network of leaders, organise local events, and deploy campaigns to maximise performance while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and driving recruitment initiatives.
