Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care, Swindon
Lead our Swindon domiciliary care service as CQC Registered Manager. You'll own compliance, quality and safeguarding, while driving sustainable growth through sharp KPI and capacity reporting.
We need proven leadership in adult social care. Strong domiciliary experience is essential. So is a solid grasp of CQC standards, the Mental Capacity Act and medication governance.
You'll manage, coach and develop a care team, optimise rotas, and build relationships with commissioners and local authorities.
Level 5 Diploma preferred. Registered Manager experience a bonus.
