Registered Manager – Service Improvement Focus | Clacton-on-Sea | Up to £40,000
A residential care provider in Clacton-on-Sea (CO16) is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead improvement at a 6-bed service supporting adults with learning disabilities/autism and physical disabilities. The service is currently rated Requires Improvement by the CQC — this is a hands-on turnaround role for a manager who thrives on driving change.

About the role:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* A proven track record of turning around a service from Requires Improvement to Good
* A resilient, hands-on management style suited to a service under regulatory pressure
