Location: Birmingham (Multiple Opportunities Available Nationwide)
Salary: From £55,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next career move?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of established and growing Children's Residential Care providers across the UK. Due to continued expansion and new home openings, we have several exciting Registered Manager opportunities available.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance while supporting positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
• Develop, support, and motivate staff teams
• Promote positive outcomes for children and young people
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care planning
• Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children's Residential Care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
