This role is vital for guiding the organisation through complex regulatory landscapes across various industries. You will be responsible for advising on compliance, handling investigations, and managing regulatory risk. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on compliance with relevant industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial services, energy, healthcare).

- Represent clients in regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and before regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies for clients.
- Draft and review regulatory documentation, including applications, notifications, and reports.
- Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years of experience in regulatory law.
- Demonstrated experience in advising clients on compliance and regulatory matters.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major regulatory regime within the UK.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to interpret complex legislation and provide practical advice.
- Experience in handling regulatory investigations and enforcement actions is crucial.
