Location: Flexible – Birmingham

We are working exclusively with a highly regarded, full-service Top 50 UK law firm seeking to appoint a Regulatory Partner to further strengthen its national regulatory and investigations offering. With a strong commitment to growth and innovation, the firm offers a collaborative and well-resourced environment, ideal for an ambitious partner or senior lawyer ready to take the next step.
Practice Focus:
The role will cover a diverse and high-profile caseload, advising a wide spectrum of clients — from multinational corporates and public bodies to insurers and senior executives — across a full range of contentious and advisory regulatory matters, including:
* Health & Safety
* Corporate & Gross Negligence Manslaughter
* Criminal Defence (including Fraud, Financial Crime & Investigations)
* Coroner’s Inquests
* Fire & Food Safety
* Environmental Law & Statutory Nuisance
* Professional Disciplinary Proceedings
* Transport & Public Inquiries
The firm has a robust infrastructure of specialist support, a national platform, and a strong referral network — offering excellent scope to grow your practice with autonomy.
What We're Looking For:
* An established Regulatory Partner or a Legal Director/Managing Associate ready for partnership.
* A strong track record in one or more of the above areas.
* Experience working with insurers, public sector bodies, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
* A strategic mindset and the ability to lead or grow a team.
* A portable following or demonstrable business development success would be advantageous but not essential.
