Rehabilitation Assistant: Stroke & Community Rehab

HCRG Care Group in Swindon is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Interdisciplinary Team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) at Swindon Intermediate Care Centre. You will support therapists to deliver personalised rehabilitation programmes across inpatient and community settings.
