About the Role

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and deploying RL algorithms for complex decision-making problems. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms, including policy gradients, Q-learning, and actor-critic methods.
• Design and conduct simulations and experiments to train and evaluate RL agents in complex environments.
• Collaborate with domain experts to define problem spaces and establish reward functions for RL agents.
• Integrate RL solutions into existing systems and products, working closely with software engineering teams.
• Analyze experimental results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements for RL algorithms and systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in reinforcement learning and related fields, contributing to the team's knowledge base.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on RL.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in RL libraries and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Stable Baselines3, Ray RLlib).
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning, and neural networks.
• Experience with simulation environments and working with large datasets for training.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
