Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reinsurance treaty performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Manage and reconcile reinsurance bordereaux and premium/claims data.
• Assist in the negotiation and administration of reinsurance contracts.
• Prepare reports on reinsurance recoverables, exposures, and financial impacts.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance departments to ensure data integrity.
• Support the actuarial team with data requirements for reserving and pricing.

Requirements

• Experience in a financial analysis, actuarial, or reinsurance role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field is essential.
