Relational Care & SEMH Support Assistant (Part-Time)

Heath Hayes Primary Academy is seeking a Relational Care Support Assistant to provide SEMH support and relational care to children from Nursery to Year 6. You will plan, prepare and deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions, including Talk therapies, ELSA and mindfulness activities, with occasional whole-class support.

The role includes lunchtime supervision and playground activities, using data to inform groupings and sessions. A passion for helping pupils and a can-do attitude are essential.
