About the Role
This is a field‑based Relationship Manager role, supported by an experienced internal underwriting and operations function. Your focus will be on origination – developing broker relationships, driving deal flow and managing transactions through to completion.
The lending proposition sits firmly within unregulated and specialist finance, with a focus on bridging and specialist buy‑to‑let - what matters most is the strength of your broker network and your ability to originate consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers and professional partners
* Originate specialist finance transactions across bridging and BTL
* Maintain a healthy, high‑value pipeline and manage deals through the full lifecycle
* Attend regular broker meetings and networking events to drive consistent deal flow
* Work closely with underwriting, credit and completions teams to ensure smooth execution
* Act as a trusted point of contact and market presence for the lender
Package & Commission Structure
* Salary £60k - £65k
* Bonus: quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses, uncapped potential
* Benefits: Pension scheme and private healthcare (post-probation)
* Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
* Working structure: Field Based – 1 day per week in the office
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience within specialist property finance, bridging finance or buy to let
* Strong existing broker and introducer network
* Track record of meeting and exceeding origination targets
* Confident managing specialist, time‑sensitive transactions
* Commercial, relationship‑led approach with a clear sales mindset
* Motivated, self‑sufficient and comfortable working autonomously
